Superintendent~Principal: Teresa Raef

I'm Teresa Raef, the Superintendent/Principal of Montgomery Elementary School, and I’m thrilled to be part of this community I've called home for the past 12+ years.

With a background in both teaching and administration, my journey includes six years of middle school teaching in San Bernardino, six years at Monte Rio Elementary School, and roles in administration at Harmony Union School District and Wright Elementary School District Office. I hold a Bachelor’s in Communications from California State University San Bernardino, a teaching credential from Chapman University, an Administrative Services credential from North Coast School of Education, and a Master’s in Applied School Leadership from National University.

As Superintendent/Principal, my goals are to work closely with our community to create a safe, enriching, and engaging learning environment for all students. I believe in fostering strong relationships and open communication to ensure that every child thrives.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, biking, gardening, and performing music locally. I'm also a nature enthusiast with three playful dogs.
